45 to 49 Year Health Check
The aim of the health check is to assist with the detection and prevention of chronic diseases and enable early intervention strategies to be put in place where appropriate.
75 + Year Health Check
The assessment looks at the a person’s health and physical, psychological and social function and whether preventative health care may be offered to that person, to improve their quality of life and independence in their home and in their community.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Check
The health check is available each year, to all persons who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, regardless of age.
Child and Baby Health
If you’re a parent, nothing is more important than the health of your child. Most of us at Liverpool Plaza Medical Centre are parents too, so we know how stressful it is when your child is sick. We will be here to help at every step of the way.
Chronic Disease Management
We will help you manage your medical condition and get it under control through health assessments, home medicine reviews and GP management plans.
Contraceptive Implant Insertion and Removal
Contraceptive implants are a reversible form of contraception, where a small rod is inserted into your arm and releases the hormone etonogestrel to prevent pregnancy.
Driver's License Medical
All drivers in Australia must meet certain medical standards to ensure they are fit to drive and are unlikely to cause harm to themselves or others on the road.
Family Planning and Pregnancy
Planning a family is an exciting time in your life, and our expert team can help you during the trying to conceive process, right up until the birth and beyond.

Immunisations
We provide immunisations for babies and children following the national immunisation program, starting from birth, six weeks, four months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 4 years.
Men's Health
There are certain diseases that men have a higher risk of than women, such as heart disease, prostate cancer and lung cancer. Our focus on preventative health means we use regular check-ups to ensure you are at optimum health and are not at risk of any of these.
Mental Health Care
Your mental health is extremely important and one of the hardest things to do can be to ask for help.
Pathology
Clinical Labs Pathology provides blood collection in our practice from Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 12pm. No appointments required.
